University of Lausanne (UNIL) student Carla Amaya, together with UNIL’s Institut d’archéologie et des sciences de l’Antiquité and HEP Vaud, has created a set of 3,000 flashcards for learning ancient Greek vocabulary on the online quiz platform Quizlet.
The electronic flashcards allow users to learn and memorize ancient Greek words alphabetically and by category (adjectives, verbs, and nouns by gender, etc.).
The free digital platform allows users to create vocabulary lists, build their skills via writing, spelling, and memorization exercises, and to test themselves through fun games.
