The Initiative for Media Innovation, an academia-industry alliance to foster media innovation based at EPFL, presents a number of ongoing and completed projects on its website that could be of interest to digital humanities researchers.

According to the IMI website, the organization’s goal is to “help media companies meet the challenges of digitization” through research and innovation projects conducted with affiliated universities and media members. The projects aim to “develop innovative solutions that benefit the media and have a positive impact on the public and society.”

Project examples include the innovative video game Four Condos And A Containment, the Traceable Original Journalistic Content (TOJC) project, and the Scientific Expertise And Media Discourse project.
